Oasis - Supersonic (Live @ Wembley Arena 2008)

1994년 영국에서 데뷔했다. 영국 역사상 단기간에 가장 빨리 팔린, 비평가들로부터 찬사를 받은 데뷔 앨범 《Definitely Maybe》(1994)을 발매하면서 전세계적인 인기를 얻게 된다. 그리고 영국 역사상 세 번째로 많이 팔린 앨범, 2,000만장을 판매하며 전세계적인 성공을 가져온 2집 《(What's the Story) Morning Glory?》(1995)으로 인기를 이어가지만, 1,2집의 후광으로 가장 단기간 빠른 판매고를 올린 앨범으로 재차 기록되었지만 거품이 꺼지고 혹평을 면치 못했던 3집《Be Here Now》을 내면서 잠시 주춤거리기도 했다. 그러나  6집 앨범《Don't Believe the Truth》으로 재기성공했고, 2009년 갤러거 형재들 간의 불화로 해체하게 된다.

이후 리암갤러거는 나머지 오아시스 맴버들을 데리고 비디아이(Beady Eye)라는 팀을 결성해 얼마 전 내한공연까지 했다.

소개 할 곡은 오아시스의 데뷔 앨범《Definitely Maybe》에서 싱글로 소개된 "Supersonic"이라는 곡이다. 가장 먼저 오아시스를 알린 곡이다. 

이곡에 대해서 이 노래를 작곡한 노엘 갤러거는 이런 말을 했다.
"가사는 사실 별 뜻이 없다. 대부분의 내 노래들은 자유로운 해석이 가능하지만, 이 곡은 여전히, 모든 싱글 중에서 내가 가장 좋아하는 곡이다."

이 공연 영상은 영국의 자존심이라고 할 수 있는 "Wembley Arena"에서 2008년에 공연한 영상이다.
