The victim’s father learned of the situation last month when the student’s homeroom teacher contacted him. According to the teacher, the academy director had shaved the student’s head, leaving only an arrow-shaped patch of hair, and removed his eyebrows as well. The teacher urged immediate action, describing the incident as child abuse and a serious human rights violation.

The father, who was on a business trip at the time, was unaware of the incident. As a single parent raising three children with help from his elderly mother, he had entrusted the children's daily routines, including attending the academy, to her care.

The director reportedly forced the student to wear paper labels containing derogatory terms associated with disabilities, hurled insults daily, and even gave him ADHD medication belonging to another student. During class, the director forced the student to sing and dance, responding with further genital violence if he refused.

The director filmed the assaults and shared the footage in a student group chat, encouraging others to mock the victim. The student said he was afraid to report the abuse due to concerns of retaliation and fear that his siblings, who attended the same academy, might also be harmed.

He described falling into self-doubt after prolonged abuse, losing confidence, and feeling deep shame when assaulted in front of female students.
